This event was part of the ongoing efforts to promote the #SWIM! project, which aims to increase awareness and distribute educational resources related to swimming and water safety.

Event Highlights
The event took place during the swimming lessons for young children. The primary goals were to raise awareness about the #SWIM! project, distribute promotional materials, and engage with the community to gather feedback.
Distribution of Promotional Materials
One of the key activities of the day was the distribution of various promotional materials designed to educate and engage both children and their parents. Each child received a swimming towel branded with the #SWIM! project logo, serving as a practical reminder of the project’s goals. Additionally, specially designed colouring books were given out, providing a fun and educational tool to promote water safety and swimming skills among young children.
For the parents and coaches, the Research Toolkit was distributed. This comprehensive resource contains detailed information on the new tactics developed within the #SWIM! project, offering guidelines on how to implement these strategies effectively.

Positive Community Engagement

Parents expressed great interest in the project and its benefits, appreciating the thoughtful and practical nature of the distributed materials.
